Hi all,

Been away from hosting for a few years and needed a service for a new project so after looking around on WHT and I choose DEWLANCE.

Well I’ve ran hosting companies over many years and I’ve never come across a poorly managed company such as this. I’ve had intermittent access to emails, FTP and the final straw and the reason for this is waiting 2 plus days for a reply to a direct WhatsApp message and still no fix.

Well, had enough of the poor service so I’ve moved away thank god.

Never answers email, messages never fixes issues shocking service.

I’m not trying to put people off some may have a fantastic service but sorry once bitten twice shy as they say.

Me, I would not recommend then and requested my services to be terminated with the following message:…..

Your service is the worst hosting I’ve ever used. I’ve run hosting companies myself but I’ve never EVER left a customer without service.

Sent you a message via WhatsApp direct to DEWLANCE SUPPORT on the 11th January and so far no response or fix this is 2 days with no FTP access and unable to access emails, shocking.

I will be leaving a strong poor review on Web Hosting Talk Forums under the username R5X and you will see I’ve been around many years, more that my WHT forum shows.

Please terminate immediately and refund me my money.

I hope Admin and the moderation team don’t mind me posting my frustration here but I’m more annoyed at getting no response and nothing being done than getting my money back, I’m just shocked at how poor the support is.
