rc7.net’s LA2 facility is located in Cogent’s datacenter in the exclusive Telecom Center at 530 W. 6th Street, directly next door to One Wilshire, the world’s most connected building. The facility has 24/7/365 security with biometric access and camera surveillance. Power is redundant and connected to generator backup. Our cabinets are individually locked and we are the only ones with access to them. rc7.net is a new brand, but is operated by a team of systems and network administrators with decades of experience in the industry. We own all of our equipment and are not resellers. When you submit a support ticket, you’ll get a timely response from a local technician.
