 - We peer on the Florida Internet Exchange (FLIX), Seattle Internet Exchange (SIX) as well as directly with many major content providers such as Google, OVH, Hurricane Electric and many more.

What data center providers do you use?
 - For our Miami location, we've partnered with Equinix and are located inside their Equinix MI2 facility.
- For our Seattle location, we've partnered with Coloinseattle and are located inside the Sabey Intergate West.

What support do i receive with my unmanaged Virtual Compute instance?
 - We provide support for only the underlying hardware / network. Any software related issues in the operating system are the sole responsibility of the user.

What automatically installed Operating System Templates do Virtual Compute instances support?
 - We provide support for Cloud-Init based Virtual Compute instance creation on Ubuntu 20.04, Debian 11, CentOS 8 & AlmaLinux 8.

What Operating System Images do Virtual Compute instances support?
 - We provide support automatic access to an array of major Operating System Images, need something different just open a ticket.

How quickly will my service be setup?
- Virtual Compute instances are built instantly post payment.
