Built‑In Mail Migration
Move mailboxes from Gmail, Google Workspace, Outlook/Office365, or any IMAP provider using the built‑in migration tool. Provide login details or authenticate the account, and the bulk transfer runs in the background. iCloud migrations have been less reliable.

Every CraneMail account includes SpamExperts filtering via on‑prem nodes. A control panel lets you tune filters, release false positives, and train the system.
Email Deliverability
Outbound mail passes through our own spam‑filtering relays, preserving a clean sender reputation. Default sending limits are 300 emails per hour per domain. The service is not intended for bulk marketing or mass mailing.
No Per‑Mailbox Costs & Easy Administration
Domain administrators can add, impersonate, and manage users without extra per‑mailbox fees. Plans limit primary domains based on size but allow unlimited domain aliases and mailboxes.

CraneMail nodes use ZFS‑backed storage with mirrored NVMe for mail. Daily offsite backups provide disaster recovery (not individual restores). 10‑Gb networking ensures fast uploads and file sharing. At launch the service is available only in the Las Vegas (US) datacenter.
