Colohouse's Enterprise Series Dedicated Servers are powered by Dell PowerEdge R650xs bare metal servers featuring the latest 3rd Generation Intel Xeon Scalable Processors, providing our servers with significantly faster performance, improved memory speed, power efficiency, advanced security technologies, and increased I/O bandwidth to accelerate diverse workloads from the data center to the intelligent edge.
The servers are available for provisioning in our company-owned and operated, SSAE-18 SOC 1 & SOC 2 certified, HIPAA compliant, green data center in New York, as well as our recently expanded Chicago, Miami, Colorado, and Amsterdam, Netherlands data centers. All servers are directly connected to our recently upgraded multiple 100G Juniper edge network infrastructure and core network switching components by Cisco, allowing each dedicated server to utilize 10 Gigabit dedicated network speeds (10Gbps up x 10Gbps down), which is up to 1,000x faster than typical cable broadband services.
You get the entire server physically provisioned and dedicated to your organization to setup whatever software you want. You can run Windows Server, or install a Hypervisor Virtualization operating system such as VMware or Xen / KVM and create VPS's, or use Linux and cPanel for an amazingly powerful web hosting server.
