CherryVM a pay-as-you-go "self-managed" shared hosting service.
The reason we're able to offer the pricing we do is by only providing support for what is absolutely necessary and only promising two business day initial support response time. While we expect that we will likely respond significantly faster than that we would rather under-promise and over-deliver.

We monitor our services on a per-second basis internally and on a by-the-minute basis externally.
If there are any service issues they will be resolved as quickly as possible. You are always welcome to reach out to our support if you are experiencing an issue and we'll be happy to give things a look.

We don't want you to experience a shockingly large bill so we've also included "Growth Limits" which can be specified when you place your order or at any time afterwards.
These are the limits that you do not want to be billed beyond - for example if you don't want to pay for more than 10 GB no matter what - you can set your disk space growth limit to 10 GB. If you just want to be billed for what you use and don't want to worry about it you can maximize the growth limits.
